Thank you for visiting isaacrees.com. These terms outline the agreement between us when you use this website or purchase worship background packs. I've tried to keep this simple and fair. If anything is unclear, please reach out.

License and Usage Rights

What You Can Do:

When you download backgrounds from this site (free or purchased), you receive a license to use them in your church services, live events, broadcasts, and online streaming. You can use them as many times as you want, in as many services as you need. Your purchased packs are yours to keep forever.

What You Can't Do:

Please don't resell, redistribute, or share the files with others. Don't claim the work as your own or use it in ways that contradict Christian values. The license is for your ministry use, not for commercial resale.

Attribution:

While not required, I'd be honoured if you credit me when using my work. Something simple like "Visuals by Isaac Rees" is appreciated but optional.

Free Resources

The 200+ free backgrounds are provided as-is, with the same usage rights as purchased content. They're my gift to the global Church. Premium pack sales fund the continued creation of free content.

Purchases

Premium packs are available as one-time purchases. After a successful payment via Stripe, you will receive a download link by email. The link is valid for 7 days. If you need a new link, contact me. There are no ongoing charges; you pay once and the files are yours.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. I never see or store your payment information. Stripe handles all payment processing and security.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in my products remains my intellectual property. Your purchase grants you a license to use the work, but I retain ownership and copyright. This protects both of us and ensures I can continue creating resources for the Church.

Technical Support

I want you to succeed with my products. If you have technical questions, a download link issue, or need help using the files, please email me. I'll do my best to help. Response times are typically within 1–2 business days.

Limitation of Liability

While I strive for excellence, I can't guarantee that my products will be error-free or work perfectly in every situation. I'm not liable for any technical issues, lost profits, or other damages that might arise from using my products. That said, if something isn't working right, let me know and I'll help fix it.

Changes to Terms

I may update these terms occasionally to reflect new products or legal requirements. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of my products after changes means you accept the new terms.
