My Commitment to You

I want you to be satisfied with your subscription. If something isn't working right or doesn't meet your expectations, I'm here to help. This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions.

Subscription Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your subscription in the first 30 days, you can request a full refund. After 30 days, subscriptions are billed monthly (or yearly) and you can cancel anytime through your Stripe customer portal - no refund needed since you won't be charged again.

Simply email me at hello@isaacrees.com with your subscription details, and I'll process your refund through Stripe promptly.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical problems with downloads, magic link authentication not working, file compatibility issues, etc., please reach out before requesting a refund. I'll work with you to resolve the issue - whether that means resending your magic link, providing different file formats, troubleshooting, or offering alternative solutions.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime through your Stripe customer portal or by contacting me directly. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, then your subscription simply stops.

How Refunds Work

Processing Time:

Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days of your request through Stripe. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your subscription through Stripe's secure payment processing system.

After Refund:

Once a refund is issued, your access to premium content ends immediately. You can still access the free library and will continue to receive magic links for authentication to free content. I kindly ask that you delete the premium files you downloaded.

Free Resources

Free downloads and resources are provided as-is with no refunds (since there's no charge). However, if you're having issues with free resources, I still want to help - please reach out and I'll do what I can to assist.

Exceptions

While I'm generous with refunds, there are a few situations where refunds may not be available:

  • Refund requests made after 30 days from initial subscription
  • Content that has been redistributed or resold
  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests, etc.)

Even in these cases, I'm open to discussion. If there's a genuine issue, let's talk about it.
