I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If something goes wrong, I'm here to help.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. The guarantee applies to one-time pack purchases and to the annual subscription.

To request a refund, email hello@isaacrees.com with the email address you used to purchase.

One-Time Pack Purchases

All pack purchases are one-time payments for digital files, delivered immediately after payment. Each pack purchase is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee, including after the download link has been used.

Subscription Plan

Subscription Terms

Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date each month (or yearly, depending on your plan). You have unlimited access to all packs and future releases for the duration of your active subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@isaacrees.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access to all packs until then.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your subscription payment. If you request a refund within 30 days of purchase, your payment is refunded in full, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends.

If you cancel after the 30 days have passed, no refund is issued for the remainder of your current billing period. Your subscription simply ends on your next renewal date.

Access After Cancellation

Once your subscription ends, you lose access to pack downloads and new releases. Packs you downloaded during your active subscription remain yours to use.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need to pause rather than cancel, let me know. I can suspend your subscription for up to 3 months without losing your account.

Reactivating Your Subscription

You can reactivate anytime. If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, your billing date returns to the original schedule. After 30 days, your subscription restarts on the reactivation date.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing problems (expired download links, file compatibility, access issues, etc.), contact me and I can usually resolve it quickly. You are always free to use the 30-day money-back guarantee instead.

Processing Refunds & Cancellations

2–3 business days through Stripe, plus 5–10 business days for your bank.

After a Refund:

Please delete any files you downloaded.

Free downloads are provided at no charge. No refunds apply, but I'm happy to help with technical issues.
