My Commitment to You

I want you to be satisfied with your support. If something isn't working right or doesn't meet your expectations, I'm here to help. This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions.

Subscription Refunds

If you're not satisfied with your subscriber subscription in the first month, you can request a full refund. After that, subscriptions are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime - no refund needed since you're not charged again.

Simply email me at isaac.rees1242@gmail.com with your subscription details, and I'll process your refund promptly.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical problems with the files (corrupted downloads, compatibility issues, etc.), please reach out before requesting a refund. I'll work with you to resolve the issue - whether that means providing different file formats, troubleshooting, or offering alternative solutions.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees. When you cancel, you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period, then your subscription simply stops.

How Refunds Work

Processing Time:

Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days of your request. Depending on your payment method and bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your subscription. The refund will be processed through the payment platform.

After Refund:

Once a refund is issued, your access to subscriber-only content ends immediately. You can still access the free library. I kindly ask that you delete the subscriber-only files you downloaded.

Free Resources

Free downloads and resources are provided as-is with no refunds (since there's no charge). However, if you're having issues with free resources, I still want to help - please reach out and I'll do what I can to assist.

Exceptions

While I'm generous with refunds, there are a few situations where refunds may not be available:

  • Refund requests made after the first billing cycle
  • Content that has been redistributed or resold
  • Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests, etc.)

Even in these cases, I'm open to discussion. If there's a genuine issue, let's talk about it.
