Refunds for Pack Purchases

All pack purchases are one-time payments for digital files. Because the files are delivered immediately after payment, I generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued. However, I handle every situation with common sense. If there's a genuine issue, please reach out and I'll do the right thing.

Refund requests will be considered in the following circumstances:

You were charged but never received your download link
The files are corrupted or do not match the pack description
You were accidentally charged twice for the same pack

To request a refund, email me at hello@isaacrees.com with your order details and I'll respond promptly.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical problems (expired download links, file compatibility issues, or anything similar), please contact me before requesting a refund. In most cases I can resolve the issue quickly by resending your link or providing an alternative format.

How Refunds Are Processed

Processing Time:

Approved refunds are processed within 2–3 business days through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

After a Refund:

I kindly ask that you delete any files you downloaded after a refund is issued.

Free Resources

Free downloads are provided at no charge, so no refunds are applicable. If you're having issues with free resources, still feel free to reach out. I'm happy to help.
