My Commitment to You

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because these are digital products, please read this policy carefully. If something goes wrong, I'm here to help.

One-Time Pack Purchases

All pack purchases are one-time payments for digital files. Because files are delivered immediately after payment, I generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been issued. However, I handle every situation with common sense. If there's a genuine issue, please reach out and I'll do the right thing.

Refund requests will be considered if:

  • You were charged but never received your download link
  • The files are corrupted or do not match the pack description
  • You were accidentally charged twice for the same pack

Subscription Plan

Subscription Terms

Your subscription renews automatically on your billing date each month (or yearly, depending on your plan). You have unlimited access to all packs and future releases for the duration of your active subscription.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel anytime through your account dashboard or by emailing hello@isaacrees.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you'll retain access to all packs until then.

If you cancel mid-month, no refunds are issued for the current billing period. Your subscription simply ends on your next renewal date.

Access After Cancellation

Once your subscription ends, you lose access to pack downloads and new releases. Packs you downloaded during your active subscription remain yours to use.

Pausing Your Subscription

If you need to pause rather than cancel, let me know. I can suspend your subscription for up to 3 months without losing your account.

Reactivating Your Subscription

You can reactivate anytime. If you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation, your billing date returns to the original schedule. After 30 days, your subscription restarts on the reactivation date.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing problems (expired download links, file compatibility, access issues, etc.), please contact me before requesting a refund or cancellation. I can usually resolve it quickly.

Processing Refunds & Cancellations

Refund Processing Time:

2–3 business days through Stripe, plus 5–10 business days for your bank.

Refund Method:

Original payment method.

After a Refund:

Please delete any files you downloaded.

Free Resources

Free downloads are provided at no charge. No refunds apply, but I'm happy to help with technical issues.
